Brigid focuses on delivering innovative functional programs to inform the planning of an organization’s future workplaces. She has over fifteen years of experience in master and functional programming, feasibility studies and needs assessments. Her experience working in healthcare for fifteen years prior to becoming a facility planner provides her with a unique perspective. She brings clinical expertise and operational insight into the planning of healthcare facilities. Although her work focuses on healthcare, she has successfully completed functional programs for a number of sectors, including municipal, education and commercial projects. Brigid has her Lean Health Care Black Belt certification and her Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC).

Brigid earned her MBA which compliments one of her strengths in developing value propositions for clients. She is experienced at working with data such as workloads and projections providing the evidence-base that capital funding processes call out for in capital projects.
