The vision for the Esquimalt Public Safety Building consolidates multiple public safety services into a shared building, fostering collaboration and efficiency across critical public services.

Inform Planning collaborated with hcma to deliver a space program for a new public safety building in Esquimalt. The program provides a preliminary understanding of the functional and operational requirements needed to support current activities or a combination of future growth and additional public activities associated with a standalone attachment.

Innovative and Flexible Design

The plan emphasizes adaptable, future-proof spaces to meet the evolving needs of police and fire services. Key features include:

  • Integrated staff support spaces, including a central kitchen, fitness areas, and lounge/day program rooms.
